E-mail a refund request to oshc@bupa.com.au explaining that you are leaving for Brazil and would like to request a refund for the remaining weeks/months (those that are already paid and you will not use, as you will not be more in Australia).

What to include in this email:
  1. Attach your policy (if you can't find it, ask WEST 1 Student Support via email help@west1.com.au);
  2. Attach the ticket back to Brazil;
  3. CoE canceled,
  4. Bank details so that the insurance company can make the deposit of the related amount.

AHM

E-mail a refund request to oshc@ahm.com.au explaining that you are leaving for Brazil and would like to request a refund for the remaining weeks/months (those that are already paid and you will not use, as you will not be more in Australia).

NIB

To proceed with the NIB refund application, you will need to wait until you have left Australia.

You must fill out a form and submit it along with:
  1. Your return air ticket to Brazil;
  2. CoE cancelled,
  3. And visa cancellation letter issued by immigration.

IMPORTANT: To request the NIB form, contact WEST 1 Student Support at help@west1.com.au

It must be done by Student Support at WEST 1 via email at help@west1.com.au.


You will need to submit:
  1. Completed form;
  2. Your return air ticket to Brazil;
  3. CoE cancelled.
