Appeal (how to do it, what to write)

When writing your appeal, keep in mind that justifications such as overwork are not acceptable since you are on a student visa and, by law, are allowed to work only 20 hours a week.

Thus, if you have a medical certificate or are undergoing any treatment (dentist, physiotherapy, psychological treatment, for example), you can use it as a justification. Everything that has been alleged needs to be supported by some document. Furthermore, if you do not have any proof, see the matters covered in the term, try to explain that you encountered difficulties in the subjects and that you recognize that you could have done more.

Ideally, be as genuine as possible so that the school will accept your appeal and allow you to continue your studies - appeal can be denied and with that action will need to be taken. Pay attention to the deadline, which is normally 20 workings day to submit the appeal.
